NOTICE REGARDING EMERGENCY MEDICATION SUPPLIES TO HINTON AND WALLALONG
If you are isolated in a flood affected area, NOW is the time to review your medication and medical supplies. We are working with NSW SES to facilitate supply but, particularly in the absence of an easy connection to Wallalong, access can be slow. If you are running low on supply, please call us now (on (02) 4933 6229) and not simply when stock has run out. Orders can also be placed through the myTWC app.
We will, of course, still endeavour to supply where medication is needed urgently. Weekend deliveries may be slower than weekday deliveries.
When you place an order and finalise payment, we will issue you with an order number.
NSW SES has requested that all patients should contact them by calling 132500 to request a RFA (Request for assistance) number. We have been informed that you will need to give them your order number before being issued an RFA number.
This process will help NSW SES to coordinate resources in a way that helps the largest number of people with the most efficiency.
We will need to label your order with the RFA number so we ask that you please provide us with the number once you have it.
The situation remains dynamic but we stand to assist you from the other side.
