We’re excited to welcome Jo to the team as our new Scheduling Coordinator! Another piece of our Jigsaw puzzle is complete.

Jo brings a strong passion for organisation and a people-first approach, making her a fantastic addition to our allied health team. In her role, Jo will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing clinician schedules, and ensuring our clients receive timely and seamless access to the care they need.

Working closely with both our practitioners and clients, Jo will help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes—balancing complex schedules, handling changes with ease, and supporting the delivery of high-quality, client-centred services.

This has to be our new tag line! I’m honestly so proud of what we have created with south connect and Jigsaw Therapy. It’s all about creating a place for sole traders and businesses to feel like a community and we are just so excited for our new room hirers to start!

So we had another missing piece of the puzzle found today!

Introducing Jo! She will be our new schedule coordinator. She has an extensive background including assistant director roles as well as previous practice management both in the allied health space!

Happy Easter! 🐣🐰

We had a special visit from the Easter Bunny… and, being a team of Speechies, Physios & OTs, we couldn’t help but notice a few differences 👀

After a big night of hopping around the world, our fluffy friend seemed to be:
🗣️ a little short of breath mid-“hippity hop” as well as coughing after his carrot snack
🚶‍♂️ showing some interesting hopping mechanics
🖐️ and possibly in need of a quick OT-approved rest break!

Safe to say… by the time he reached us, the hop had turned into a bit of a waddle 🐇➡️🦆

Don’t worry — we’ve left him our details and booked him in for some rest, recovery, and a full team approach next week. We’ll have him back to peak performance in no time!

Until then, we’re officially on the case 🕵️‍♀️
