I know what it's like being a mum.
Never-ending demands on your time and your energy.

I know because I've been there.
It's taken me 10 years to finally prioritise my health and specifically my nervous system.

As the mother of 4 kids, who had her first child at 17, was a grandmother by age 39, she worked hard as a cleaner for 30 years in a chemically toxic environment to feed her family. As a single mum she worked 70 hours a week, she lived in survival mode, made terrible food choices and drank excessively… and then one day she crashed.
The doctors offered her an array of pharmaceuticals, but something in her told her there had to be a better way… and that’s when her journey of education began.
At age 50 Mary-Anne enrolled in a Holistic University to complete her Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine and it was there she was awakened to what really happens in the human body. Mary-Anne’s 4 years of study not only taught her about the profound effect that healthy eating can have on the human body, it gave her the tools to heal herself and recover from Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia and the debilitating migraines and digestive issues she once suffered.
Today Mary-Anne’s mission is simple – to awaken women all over the world to just how easy it is to reset their health when they understand the links between food, genetics and chronic health issues.
