It seems the busy period has slowed down and my days ahead are more open for those spontaneous bookings for massage therapy at .
My availability will always ebb and flow with the respective rhythms of individuals and their regular booking pattern, holiday seasons, and the coming and going of new and old clients.
For now there's more availability. Walk-ins aren't usually available though. If I'm not booked at the clinic then I usually have plenty of other things to do elsewhere so I won't necessarily be in🙂

It's been feeling busier around here lately. It's good and I'm mulling over the people I really want to see getting better and needing to come in less.
But I have a quiet break now so jumping in here to say hi.
Next available appt is Wed 21st at 1.30 for 30min. Thursday 22nd at 4pm for 30min or Saturday 24th between 2-4pm.
The following week only has Thursday (29th) appts at 4pm or 6.10pm for up to 45min. Monday is a public holiday.

Just a quick update! Saturdays are now up for online bookings. They're available once a fortnight at TruCare Health Group, Southgate Plaza. Next available is 10th Jan.

Thinking of booking a massage for yourself or a loved one before Christmas?
Currently my remaining availability is Wednesday 17th between 9am-12. Or a 30min at 2pm Monday 22nd.
If you call up we might be able to squeeze you in for 30min at 1.30pm on Christmas Eve day.
The rest has been booked! You can request to be on a waitlist for the possibility of a cancellation.

Christmas/NY Hours:
I'll be working my usual days around the Christmas and New Years public holidays. (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday evening, alternate Saturdays)
That will be the 22nd and 24th Dec. Clinic closed Saturday 27th. Available again for massage on the 29th and 31st. Then back to normal Monday 5th Jan.

Physiotherapy will also be available at TruCare Health Group too.
Availability and cancellations can be unpredictable so book ahead if you can to make sure you don't miss out on the time that works for you. However, it's worth a check/call if you are after a last minute appointment as the days go by.

Please call 8382 0232, direct message here, or email admin@trucarehealth.com.au if you're interested to book in for yourself or someone you know. For now Saturdays won't be available through online bookings. For Mondays, Wednesday or Thursdays you can opt to book online at the trucarehealth.com.au website.

Sometimes little people need a massage too. Today I have a couple sensory things to hold and a cosy blanket ready to help a young one feel more comfortable in their treatment today.
I am happy to treat children but would recommend only a 30min appointment unless you know your child is comfortable on a treatment table for longer than that. I also expect the parent/caregiver to stay in the room, or at least nearby if the child is older.
