New school year - same slouch?
Between back to school, backpacks, desks, screen time and sports, those spines need a little love!
Try these quick end of the day stretches with your family:
◾ Shoulder Rolls – 10 forward, 10 backward
◾ Chin Tucks – reverse your ‘tech neck’
◾ Reach for the Sky – Big stretch up, then slow forward fold
◾ Neck Stretch – ear to shoulder, hold 10 seconds each side
◾ Cat and Cow – for increased spine mobility and movement
