Good Morning Sunday!
Meet us in the park at 9am for some super chill movement. Coffee & delicious snacks & the food & knowledge share afterwards.
See you in the studio at 4pm for a nourishing Yin & Mindfulness practice to wind down the weekend and set up for the week.
Yoga can definitely seem intimidating to those who haven't practiced before. It certainly did to me for a long while, even as many people attempted to get me to 'try it out'.
What I discovered when I started attending yoga classes was that yoga isn't about wearing the latest activewear, or being able to touch your toes, or stand on your head, but rather it is a nurturing practice that has helped me become more... me.
It's taught me to be more gentle and kind with myself, to be less attached to outcomes whilst remaining disciplined in 'doing the things that are needing to be done' and has greatly benefited both my mental and physical health.
I love sharing the practice of yoga with others and the connectedness to myself, the earth and others that yoga helps to generate in my life. I look forward to meeting you at a practice sometime and sharing time and space together.
I teach vinyasa flow, gentle slow flow and yin practices and incorporate my love of music through the soundscapes I select and with gentle live serenades during savasana.

Classes are suitable for all levels of experience, are absolute beginner friendly and led by two of our experienced teachers in a down to earth, inclusive and supported environment.
It's also a great practice to come along to if you haven't been to the studio before (or if you have been many times), so feel free to join us any time.

Meet our Team!
Alice practices a blended style of yoga, incorporating vinyasa and satyananda teachings to integrate the elements and focus on the sensations within your body.
Her love of yoga is in its ability to bring us into this present moment and to continuously evolve with the exploration of this human experience.
Dedicated to helping others navigate what it is to feel healthy, Alice has worked around the world opening retreat centres and running naturopathic yoga workshops.
She is always a student and currently studying under the guidance of Janet Stone.
Alice’s classes are open to beginners and intermediate, everyone is welcome!
Alice is also a qualified naturopath and massage therapist and has her own business The Wilder Method - if you haven't already check out her website and follow her Instagram to keep updated on upcoming retreats and events.
The Wilder Method offers immersive experiences for everyone, through a range of Retreats, Naturopathy, Massage, Workshops and Yoga. Using effective therapies that work with nature to treat the whole person.
