It's our 6th Birthday!!

Thank you so so much for all your support keeping this little place open for us to share practice together!

I am so grateful to have landed here with you all. We really do have the best Community here in Moruya Town (and beyond).

It's been a wild adventure that's for sure! An incredibly humbling journey.

That Little Yoga Place really is my whole life, it means absolutely everything to me and for the last 6 years my entire world has completely orbited around it.

I wouldn't have it any other way and it would not be possible without you!

So thank you for being here with me xx

Welcome to the last Women's Circle for 2025.

We have been holding our women's circles regularly for around 5 years now and every single circle is vastly different from the next.

Our Circles are simple, yet powerful and flow however they need.

The stories shared, the magic created, the friendships formed, can only be experienced rather than described with words. They really are sacred.

This is an invitation to join us sit in circle with other women in the community. Whether you have been to one before, or not. You are welcome.

It's completely free, and held at That Little Yoga Place starting at 7pm.

They are a non-judgmental, confidential, supportive place for us women to connect and, if you choose, to share.

All women are welcomed and there is no need to bring anything but you, unless you'd like to bring a plate to share and help celebrate this year, the ebbs and flows, the ups and downs, the tears the laughter and the courage, strength, support and love.

Thank you thank you thank you to all women who have shared and held this year, and all previous years.

We hope you can make it!

The snuggly morning lie in. No alarm. No rush. Waking up to the song of the birds and slowly rising with the sun.

Slow, peaceful, intentional days where time doesn't seem to exist.

I love the way Yoga teaches us to slow down. To be present and allow things to be as they are.

That Little Yoga Place is about to turn 6 and I couldn't imagine myself doing anything else. But, you never really know what unexpected twists and turns life has in store for the future.

Anything could happen, at any point. Simultaneously an exciting and terrifying thought.

A reminder to take a moment to slow down, breathe a little deeper, take it all in and appreciate all the things in the now.

Thank you for being here, for cocreating this space here in Moruya and your continued support to keep it open here for us to share together.

If you have been thinking about visiting That Little Yoga Place, but haven't made it in yet, come along and try our intro offer - 2 weeks of unlimited classes for just $55!

Once you find us on the main street of town (13/73 Vulcan street MORUYA), you'll find within a cosy, dedicated, down to earth, inclusive, community driven studio, open every day of the year, including all public holidays, Christmas Day & New Years Day.

With around 30 classes a week, including two Free (or by Donation) classes, we have all the things already at the studio to support your practice - so all you need to bring is you.

Not only do we have the best community, we also have the best team of teachers ever!

A little time out from this strange world in which we seem to live.

It's not always easy but I really try to keep my life as simple as possible.

It is always nice though, to go wandering, sit silently & wonder at the beauty of nature and it's simplicity.

There's a little studio in Moruya that I like to spend my time also 😋, doing what I love, surrounded by the most incredible humans we often call community, friends & family.

That little Yoga Place - is about to turn 6 (!) and I hope is has been, and continues to be, a place of connection, solitude and peace from the craziness that life can bring along with it on this journey we call life.

I am so grateful to be on this journey with you.

That Little Yoga Place is located at the Far South Coast on Elizabeth Street in Moruya Heads NSW.

Our Mission is to provide a safe, friendly place for everyone to access the benefits of yoga. To gently challenge your mind and body to see where it can take you both on the mat, and off the mat into your everyday life. And to have fun while doing it :)

​We welcome everyone, no matter the stage you are at in your yoga journey, our classes are suitable for everyone :)
