It was nice to see a bit of different scenery for a few days & over 10 entire hours to scream sing in the car (my favourite).

I slept a lot, I ate a lot, I learnt a lot, I explored, I met some beautiful humans, I did some amazing yoga and meditation practices and visited some other cool dimension on a sound journey last night.

But nothing beats coming back home.

Looking forward to being back in the studio with you tomorrow!

I couldn't wait to post because I am so excited Ålėxîş Śtäř is coming back to MORUYA..

On her way to THE best Festival held in the world (have you got your tickets yet?) Ålėxîş will be stopping into Sunday 7th and Saturday 20th September for 2 Crystal Sound Journey experiences.

I will never forget watching her play at Dragon Live a few years ago, and attending her last journey at the studio was - I have to say - phenomenal.

Slow Sleepy Sundays

Perhaps I met a soul that loves the sunrises as much as I do?

I wanted to drop past and say how grateful I am.

Especially for everyone who has shared their time, knowledge & energy in the studio to create magic in the space recently.

All the regular teachers, as well as the amazing workshops that have been happening at the studio and everyone who has come along and supported them.

Our Mission is to provide a safe, friendly place for everyone to access the benefits of yoga. To gently challenge your mind and body to see where it can take you both on the mat, and off the mat into your everyday life. And to have fun while doing it :)
