Over 40+ years ago, Yumaro first opened its doors with one goal: to support people living with a disability.

Since then, we’ve grown across many areas, including Supported Accommodation, our expanding Social Enterprises offering supported employment to around 250 people with a disability, Home and Community Support, Support Coordination, Plan Management, Employment Pathways, and a wide range of Social Programs.

And of course, our Good Finds by Yumaro Op Shop in Moruya.

We’ve also expanded to Ulladulla, offering all these services plus our thriving Yumaro Nursery & Garden Centre .

Did you know that when you purchase any item from Good Finds by Yumaro, they provide you with a FREE paper bag, kindly donated from Moruya Woolworths even if you buy just one item?

These bags can be recycled into your yellow bin if you'd like or you reuse it. It's our way of saving you money instead of buying a bag instead.

Don't forget to check out their store as new stock arrives all the time especially over the weekend.

You never know what you will discover at Good Finds by Yumaro each day you step into their shop.

They have .50 cent cuddly stuffed toys, an assortment of games for $2 each and a variety of jewellery that is always being restocked plus a range of Christmas presents, ready just in time for the Christmas holidays and don't forget all the selection of clothes they always have filled on all the racks.

Administration Officer – Employment Pathways & Learning

About the role:
This part-time onsite role is 3 days per week (18–20 hours) based in Moruya and supports the Employment Pathways & Learning (EPL) team. The hours are flexible, allowing for some adjustment to fit team and personal needs. As Administration Officer, you’ll keep operations running smoothly while delivering great service to participants, families, and stakeholders across programs such as SLES, Good Finds by Yumaro , Learning Activities, and Customised Employment.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate service diaries, bookings, and participant inquiries.
Assist with rostering, support plans, and event/course logistics.
Provide admin support including quotes, service agreements, and data management.
Support marketing activities and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Ensure WHS compliance and assist with risk assessments.

Skills and experience:
Qualification/experience in Administration.
Strong computer, organisation, and time management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to learn and navigate NDIS systems and processes.
Team player with attention to detail.

Glenn had the perfect Friday adventure!

He combined all his favourite things into one amazing day! A bit of off-road exploring, a bushwalk through beautiful South Durras, a peaceful stroll along a secluded beach and the weather was perfect.

The day wrapped up just the way Glenn likes it by relaxing at Emily Miller Beach and enjoying a well-earned lunch with a smile. What a great way to spend a Friday!

Nathan enjoyed visiting the Moruya Hospital construction site, getting a close look at the impressive progress before heading to Batemans Bay for the Friendship Dinner on Friday night, where he caught up with friends.
