Supported Employment
Yumaro’s Supported Employment service operates 10 social enterprises providing meaningful permanent employment for over 100 people with a disability in horticulture, manufacturing, textiles, recycling, administration, marketing and community services. Home and Community Support
Yumaro’s Home and Community Support Service matches professional support workers to people with a disability to provide independence at home and in the community. Customised Employment
Yumaro’s Customised Employment programs engage and support people with a disability in employment with local businesses such as schools, hospitals and the Rural Fire Service. The service also supports individuals to establish their own micro businesses. Coordination of Supports
Yumaro’s Coordination of Supports service provides professional case management support to over 80 people with a disability. Yumaro is a registered charity providing a diverse range of innovative disability services to over 220 people with a permanent disability in the Eurobodalla and southern Shoalhaven shires. Plan Management
Yumaro’ Plan Management Service provides trusted financial management / bookkeeping support for over 80 participants NDIS plans. Specialist Disability Accommodation
Yumaro’s Specialist Disability Accommodation Complex in Moruya accommodates 7 people with significant disabilities and provides short term respite accommodation stays. Learning Centre
Yumaro’s Learning Centre provides a range of innovative disability specific educational programs (eg LLN, IT, driving skills, music, health and personal capacity building) that build the capacity of our participants to help them succeed in all aspects of life.

Yumaro's employees came together to celebrate their final day of 2025 with a delightful and extremely delicious Christmas lunch at the Moruya RSL Memorial Hall today which was filled with laughter, fun and plenty of silliness as everyone enjoyed a relaxed and joyful afternoon together.

Santa made another surprise appearance, adding to the excitement and holiday cheer. It was a wonderful way to finish the year and we will reopen on Monday 19 January, refreshed, recharged and ready for a happy and exciting start to 2026.

To wrap up 2025, our Employment Learning and Pathways team held a wonderful High Tea held on Tuesday .

We were thrilled to receive a surprise visit from Santa yesterday and he will also be making a special appearance at our Christmas Party this Friday.

His visit was to thank us for our donation to the Moruya Carols By Candlelight which will be held this Saturday 20th December from 6pm at Moruya Riverside Park.

Don't forget to bring your chairs and a picnic blanket and perhaps some Aerogard to keep those pesky mosquitoes away while you're listening to music and watching the fireworks.

Our Party in the Precinct was held on 3rd November and it was a fantastic celebration of the International Day of People with Disability.

The Dunn Lewis Centre Ulladulla was filled with laughter and excitement as the people who turned up were getting ready for a day filled with excitement and plenty of entertainment.

Everyone enjoyed non-stop fun, amazing stalls, plenty of activities, and of course, plenty of 10-pin bowling.

Yumaro completed a brand new accommodation facility in 2018 that incorporates 5 one bedroom units, a 2 bed respite unit, onsite carer accommodation and a 4 bed group home with 2 living areas and en suits to all bedrooms plus an additional onsite room for overnight support staff.
