Meet Myself, Tarley Smith – Passionate NDIS Support Worker & Qualified Recovery Coach

With five years of experience in the disability and mental health industry, I am dedicated to making a meaningful impact in people’s lives. As a support worker and operations coordinator, I specialize in mental health, psychosocial supports, and program coordination.

I am also a qualified Recovery Coach, equipping me with the skills to provide specialized support for individuals on their recovery journey in the future.

My journey has allowed me to develop strong leadership and communication skills while fostering inclusivity and independence for individuals in need. Seeing people grow and thrive is what drives my passion every day.

I am currently available on Saturdays & Sundays, with potential to open up some hours on weekdays.

I’m thrilled to share that I have completed my Diploma in Addictions, Substance Abuse, and Mental Health Treatment, and I am now fully qualified to be a Recovery Coach!

This means I can provide even more specialized support to individuals on their journey to recovery, helping them build resilience, regain independence, and achieve their goals.

I’m passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, and I’m here to offer guidance, encouragement, and person-centered support.
