After almost 6 years working within the NDIS, I’ve built experience across complex care, complex mental health, and complex behavioural support.

This work has never been surface level. It has involved showing up in challenging environments, supporting people through some of their hardest moments, and fighting hard to make sure participants are genuinely heard, supported, and not overlooked.

There is so much that comes with this role advocacy, emotional load, problem solving, consistency, and the commitment it takes to do this work properly and with genuine care.

I know what I bring to this space.
I know the heart, strength, and experience I carry into the work I do.
And I know that genuine support goes far beyond tasks it’s about trust, safety, understanding, and standing beside people through the hard stuff.

This industry needs more people who truly care, who are willing to stand beside participants, and who are prepared to keep showing up, especially when things are complex.

And that’s exactly what I’ve always aimed to do.
