I love using essential oils with intention, especially during meditation.

For example.... As I add them to the diffuser, I give them a purpose!

Vetiver - to deeply ground myself, which reduces mental chitter chatter, but also holds me steady and strong.
Lemon - to offer clarity and clear insight, while journeying within.
Frankincense - to encourage a strong connection with spirit & cosmic energies.
