A session usually lasts 45 minutes to one hour and consists of a series of specific, gentle moves over soft tissue, interspersed with waiting periods to enable the body to make its own adjustments.

After more than a year of lockdowns and almost total loss of business, I find I cannot cover the requisite costs of keeping the business running and legally viable. It is with great regret that I cease trading. I have loved practising Bowen Therapy - it has never seemed like work, rather the opposite, a privilege.
