Kinesiology with Jess – December & January Support ✨

The festive season doesn’t always feel light and joyful for everyone. For many, December can bring up grief, loneliness or emotional overwhelm.

Jess is offering gentle kinesiology support throughout December to help you process emotions, feel grounded and reconnect with yourself during what can be a heavy time.

As we move into January, sessions can also support you with setting intentions for the year ahead — helping to uncover and clear subconscious blocks or patterns that might be holding you back, so you can move forward feeling more aligned and supported.
