Amy is currently in the USA collecting data on the biomechanics of elite basketball players to contribute to a larger project looking at ankle sprains in the NBA. She and her colleagues used 84 biomarkers on each player and ModCap cameras set up all around the court to visualise the kinematics on the computer. They went to USA to be able to use an offical NBA court size and have access to the hawk-eye cameras which are not available in Australia.

Amy is currently studying Physiotherapy at Sydney University and will analyse this data later as a part of her honours project. She is currently part of our Internship program - providing customer care and admin support in the clinic and Onfield First Aid & Sports Coverage during the winter season with our local football clubs.

Premier League are through to the Champion of Champions Final for All Age Men. 🐳 🍀 Best of luck to our boys - it’s been an absolute pleasure this year working with such a cohesive and motivated squad.

Starting back in November 2024 with your pre-season strength programs, playing throughout the 2025 season and now getting to the grand final of the Champion of Champions - 50 weeks later - is a massive effort!

Head Coach and 2025 MWFA Coach of the Year, Luke Tinker, has said the following about his team: “The 2025 season has already been a historic one, with the First Grade team winning the league for the first time in the club’s history, and the Reserves securing back-to-back league titles in 2024 and 2025.

It would be incredible to cap off the season by winning the Champion of Champions final on Sunday. “
