Em Cruickshank, Mark Moon and Rahmie Clowes come together to offer their first One Day Urban Retreat. With over 70 years of combined expertise, this will be a day like no other.

This one-day retreat is a powerful taste of The Power Within — their 5-day immersive retreat held in Byron Bay. This day offers a curated glimpse into the heart of the retreat — a chance to experience the practices that open the door to lasting transformation.

It’s a chance to pause the noise, shake off the static, and come back to yourself — even just for a day.
