Position is permanent part-time Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays
Annual salary $70,000 – AUD 80,000
Job description
Sue's Home Care Nursing Service is seeking a Registered Nurse or someone who has been a RN to act as Scheduling and Clinical Support Manager. Applicant will be reporting to the Operations Manager, maintaining an up-to-date shift schedule, and providing clinical guidance & support.�
Duties & responsibilities: 
* Maintain accurate shift schedules for staff and clients, including emergency adjustments, communicating any changes to relevant parties
* Match staff skills, personalities, and qualifications to client needs
* Document and update records of schedules, shifts, and worker assignments
* Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining staff records
* Develop and deliver training programs, hands-on mentorship, and support for skill enhancement
* Monitor and evaluate care team performance, conducting reviews and tracking key indicators
* Conduct comprehensive client health assessments and create personalised support plans
* Collaborate with Operations Manager for compliance and improvement initiatives
* Additional tasks as needed to ensure effective care delivery and operations
Experience & attributes:
* Minimum of 5 years' nursing experience
* Current or previous registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse 
* Experience with ShiftCare or similar scheduling software
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Experience in scheduling and education roles, preferably in healthcare home-care fields 
* Excellent organisational, time-management & multitasking skills 
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Strong, demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills 
* Knowledge of applicable Aged Care & NDIS regulations and compliance requirements
* Adaptability to schedule changes and emergencies
