Shapeshifter Health & Fitness is all about trying to make Health & Fitness as simple and easily attainable as possible. Since going through my own body transformation around 6 years ago, from weighing 110kgs and managing to get myself down to 69kgs in about 6 months with basic knowledge I had attained at the time, it has stoked a fire in me to help people attain their goals and change their lives

through following the fundamental steps that actually bring results! The Health & Fitness industry is crowded with too many people shouting about the latest fad, craze, magic pill or quick fix. However if all of these amazing "magic pills" worked, the world wouldn't be in the state it is regarding obesity etc. What it comes down to is developing a strong hunger in yourself for change and a new version of you. Your overall Health & Fitness need to become a priority in your life and once you make it a habit, results will come,

I started training when I was 16.

I became a PT when I was 21.

I was in pretty decent shape after losing 41 big ones in a 6 month period, thanks to puberty and me deciding to actually be conscious about what I ate and how much…

However, my nutrition wasn’t spot on and that was reflected in my physique, yes I was lean-ish, yes I wasn’t bad compared to most people but I was really lacking the growth, size and strength I knew I was capable of!

So you know what I did?

You know what got me there?

You know what made me hit all the goals I set out to achieve?

I hired a coach.

I paid one of the senior trainers at my gym in Sydney to do my programming and nutrition for me.

For the first time, I actually tracked my calories, understood my macros better and instead of winging my workouts I had everything tailormade to suit my goals.

I could ask questions, I was held accountable and it took all the guesswork out of the equation.

I wasn’t in bad shape by any means but it was that structure that took me to that next level.

I was a qualified PT with a heap of knowledge but still needed a PT to push me beyond what I thought I knew!

There’s no magic tricks that’ll get you there, just structure and systems that’ll help you win when you follow them to a T.
