If you’ve been feeling off balance - physically, mentally, or emotionally - you’re not alone.
Most women who walk into my studio are carrying more than they realise… and walk out feeling lighter, clearer, and more themselves.

My classes aren’t about pushing harder or keeping up.
They’re about reconnecting to your body and its wisdom through breath, movement, and rhythm.

✔️ Small, intimate classes (maximum 6 people)
✔️ Slow-flow yoga + breath + mindful movement
✔️ No experience needed - only a willingness to show up
✔️ Located in Moss Vale

Whether you’re seeking strength, steadiness, or simply a moment to breathe, this space is here to support you.

If you’re ready to return to your energy, clarity, and ease,
📩 Send a message to be in the waiting list for Term 1 of 2026 we start the first week of February.

My work is grounded in a single truth:
The body holds the story. And it knows the way forward.

Some women begin with movement.
Others start with rest.
Some want to breathe.
Others need to unravel.

That’s why I offer yoga, Emmett Therapy, and yoga therapy - because we don’t heal in one straight line.
We heal in spirals.
In layers.
In rhythms.

Burnout rarely feels like a sudden collapse.
It shows up slowly, in the days you keep pushing, the moments you override your own signals, the pressure to hold everything together for everyone else.

Many women carry so much that they miss the early signs:
the fatigue that lingers,
the irritability that wasn’t there before,
the brain fog that makes even simple decisions feel heavy.

These aren’t problems to fix,
they’re messages from your body asking for space, rhythm, and replenishment.

So let me ask you:
When did you last pause long enough to truly check in with yourself?

➡ Take five minutes today to reflect:
Are you giving yourself the room you need to rest, recharge, and return to clarity?

I’d love to hear what helps you restore balance in your life right now.

Summer has a way of turning everything up, energy, activity, ambition, and pace.

It can feel expansive and motivating… until it tips into restlessness, irritability, or burnout.

Your body feels the season just as much as your mind does.
And the simplest practices can help you stay cool, steady, and clear.

✨ Three ways to cool and rebalance your system this summer:

1. Begin your day with cooling hydration: cucumber, mint, or lime in your water helps calm internal heat and support clarity.

2. Move early, when the air is fresh: morning walks steady your energy and keep your system from overheating later in the day.

3. End your evening with Legs-Up-the-Wall: five minutes is enough to release heat, settle the nervous system, and bring your whole body back into ease.

These small shifts create a rhythm that supports you through the intensity of summer, especially if you're someone who tends to do, push, or carry a lot.

Do you have a summer ritual that helps you stay balanced? I’d love to hear what works for you.

There’s a quiet intelligence in knowing when to pause.
Taking a break isn’t stepping away from the work. It’s how energy restores, clarity sharpens, and the body integrates what’s been lived.

I’m taking a short, intentional pause and will be back in the new year, refreshed and ready for the next season.

Over the past few years of teaching yoga, I’ve noticed something.
Sometimes it’s not the stretch that brings the shift.
It’s the breath.
The pause.
The tears that come from nowhere.
Or the resistance that makes no sense - until it does.

We often think of flexibility, posture, or chronic tightness as physical problems. But so often, I’ve seen women carry deep-seated tension in their bodies that comes not just from movement patterns - but from unspoken stories and unfelt emotions.

This is what led me to Emmett Therapy.

Emmett is a gentle muscle release technique, applied over clothing, that uses light touch at specific points on the body. It’s incredibly non-invasive - but powerful. Sometimes, the shift is immediate. Other times, it integrates over a few days.

I’ve had my own experiences with it - tears I didn’t expect, tension I didn’t know I was holding. And now, after completing my training and spending the past 8 months practising with some of my yoga students, I’m finally offering it as part of my studio sessions.

For me, it’s not about treating a symptom. It’s about supporting the woman in front of me to reconnect with what her body already knows.

If you’re curious to experience Emmett Therapy, you’re welcome to book a session. Until the end of the year, I’m offering it at an introductory price of $60.

Or, if you're not sure where to begin, we can have a free Mind+Body Freedom wellness consult first.

Because real change happens when we work with the whole of you - body, mind, emotion, and energy.

Sustainable transformation is built with solid foundations.

Rushing into change without creating safety is like building on sand. It might hold for a while, but it won’t last.

This is why I teach slowing down, grounding into daily rituals, and giving the body time to trust the process. Safety first - always. Because safety is what allows transformation to take root.

🌿 This is the foundation of all my work, whether in yoga, sound healing, or Emmett Therapy. If you’d like to experience how these practices create safety for your body to shift, I’d love to welcome you to a session.

In my work I'm always reminded of how much our bodies hold and how much they know.

They carry the load when we’re overwhelmed.
They signal when something’s off, long before we notice it mentally.
And they soften when they feel safe.

In my classes, we work from that place.

We move gently. We pay attention. We start to build trust again with our own rhythm.

If that feels like something you’ve been craving, we begin again on 21 October.

There are a few different class styles to choose from, beginner, slow flow, stronger options too. But most of all, they’re grounded, personal, and steady.

Classes are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings 10am and Tuesday/ Wednesday 6pm

$27 per class for 6 classes or $30 drop drop in price. Only 6 spots in each class. Dm your email address if you’d love to join us.

What would it feel like to give yourself one solid hour a week: to move, to breathe, to just be?

No screens. No rush. No demands.
Just space to unwind and reconnect.

Our Term 4 yoga classes begin 21 October, and this is your invitation to make a little room in your week just for you.

We practise in a small group setting (max 6), so you’ll always get support and personal guidance, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been coming for years.

If you’re thinking of joining us, reach out soon. Most of the classes fill quickly, and payment secures your spot.

You’re very welcome to start with a casual class if you’re unsure, but if you already know you want a place, I’d recommend booking in sooner rather than later.
