Have a chat with our team to see how we can help!

🫗Stay hydrated: Drinking water helps keep mucus thin, easing congestion.
🛌Rest: Rest allows your immune system to fight off the virus more effectively.
🤧Manage symptoms: Over-the-counter decongestants, nasal sprays, or throat lozenges may help reduce symptoms.
😷Practise good hygiene: Wash hands often and stay home when sick to avoid catching and spreading colds.
🏠Stay home when sick: If you have flu symptoms, avoid contact with others to prevent spreading the virus.
🍓Eat a balanced diet: Get essential nutrients by increasing your intake of fruit and vegetables. A well-balanced diet with a variety of fruits and veg helps supply natural antioxidants, which strengthen the immune system.

If you need to stay home from work because you or a family member are sick, we can issue you with an Absence from Work Certificate.

This year we are doing "Get a Jab, Give a Jab".

What does that mean you ask?
We are helping to vaccinate developing countries by donating vaccines to UNICEF. For every vaccine we give over the next few months we will be donating a number of vaccines to developing countries.

Our goal:
We would love to donate over a 1000 vaccines, so please help us get there!
