Meet your bodywork therapist…
I’m Min. The lead therapist & owner of The Flight of Minerva studio. I know it can be tricky to secure an appointment with me so I thought I’d clarify my current bodywork schedule & re-introduce you to what I do.
There’s no ‘menu’ of services before you book with me ~ every session is tailored to your needs on the day drawing on my vast toolkit. As a student Psychotherapist with many modalities of Bodywork I am firmly a ‘top down, bottom up’ practitioner. Working at the intersection of brain & body to regulate & harmonise you to your spirit.
My inspiration draws from effective communication & draws on elements of Non-Violent Communication, Authentic Relating & Play Based personal development. This communication includes that of my clients communication with the language of their bodies. Dropping into the space where the subtle language of the body can be heard & the communication used to enhance the relationship between body and mind.

Currently I massage on TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAY afternoons, THURSDAYS & at other times by prior arrangement.
I can’t fix your relationship, I can’t fix your misaligned job, I can’t repair your broken femur. BUT I can be part of your team, via the proven power of touch, to ground you, unwind your body & work with you to be in a regulated space. Bodywork is an incredible tool to relax & nurture & forms an important cog in the self care wheel. What I CAN promise is you WILL feel better after a session than when you arrived.
