🌸 Meet Christa from Bold Beautiful Birth with Christa Buckland at the Camden Wellness Expo!

Christa is an experienced doula and Hypnobirthing Australia™ Practitioner, dedicated to helping women overcome fears around birth and step into confidence and excitement for their journey.

Through her online Bold Beautiful Birth course, group hypnobirthing sessions, and one-on-one doula support, Christa guides women with compassion, knowledge, and empowerment. She also offers placenta encapsulation services for postpartum wellness.

With over 15 years of experience, a Bachelor of Health Science, a Master of Philosophy, and currently completing a Master of Counselling, Christa combines evidence-based practice with heartfelt support.

Today I’m sharing an example of a self-reflection activity I often do with clients. This is part of Module 1 of my Bold Beautiful Birth Program. I’m going to share a personal reflection as an example of how you can do this and the power it has to acknowledge the hard parts of ourselves and turn them into a strength. 💪

This struck a chord with me! I don’t care about politics and there’s just too many tragic things happening in the world that it can be overwhelming. I just want to focus on helping mums to feel supported and prepared for birth so they can have a positive birth and parenting journey. 💕🥰
