This is more likely to occur if she feels PREPARED and SUPPORTED during her pregnancy and the birth itself. I am a doula and a certified Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner. You can choose from my doula services, Hypnobirthing Australia classes, online programs or get the full package!! I am based in south-west Sydney (Mount Annan). My doula service is available Sydney-wide and Southern Highlands. Hypnobirthing and my online programs are available worldwide. This struck a chord with me! I don’t care about politics and there’s just too many tragic things happening in the world that it can be overwhelming. I just want to focus on helping mums to feel supported and prepared for birth so they can have a positive birth and parenting journey. 💕🥰
