It’s incredibly reassuring to meet other like-minded parents who have similar doubts, questions, beliefs and goals. You will leave feeling inspired and confident that you CAN have a positive, beautiful experience meeting your little one! 💃🙌💕Dads also get so much out of the class. They gain an understanding of the birth process and also understand their important role in supporting their partner and protecting her space. 💪

Oh my oh my! It is such a privilege to receive messages like this! 🥰 I supported this beautiful couple last year in preparing for a VBAC (vaginal birth after caesarean) with hypnobirthing. As always, I offer ongoing support to all my hypnobirthing families - if you have questions, need help understanding your options or just need a pep talk I’m there for you! E&A were amazingly strong in navigating their journey, with lots of pressure to induce. They made informed decisions that were right for them and went on to have an incredible VBAC waterbirth. We had such a blast in September!! 🎉🤸‍♀️🥰💃 The vibe was so fun and positive with lots of great questions, discussion and laughter. Sorry it took me so long to post our photos from the day!! And thank you for your beautiful energy and contributions to the class - only one more couple to give birth from this group! 😍
We also had some mixing and matching of class days so I took a group photo both sessions to catch everyone. 📸
