Be comfortable with skipping training sometimes, 💁🏼♀️
Be comfortable with going out for lunch/dinner without the guilt or having that cheeky treat. 🍫
It takes time;
Especially if you’ve been caught up in a strict diet/ binge cycle for years.
Your body will tell you what it needs,
