I’ve taken a little time to pause…
I’m currently soaking up the high-frequency beauty of Bali, Indonesia, with my beloved — our first time away without children in 21 years… since our honeymoon. 🌺 It feels deeply nourishing, well overdue, and full of love.

Infinite thanks to our dear friend , who gave us the gentle (but firm) nudge to prioritise this sacred time together, and who I am excited to also spend some down time with. Sometimes we all need that reminder. 💗

I’ll be offline until July 25th, returning just in time to hold space for my beautiful Chakra Healing Kinesiology students — and then I’ll be back in clinic the following week.

❓Does age matter?
The youngest couples we have ever taught were under 20 👩‍❤️‍👨 and the oldest couple was mid to late 70s.
❓Do we have to share personal “stuff”?
Not at all 🤫 only what you are comfortable saying.
❓Is there any nudity?
Absolutely — in YOUR room, not the seminar room 🚫
❓Do we have to swap partners? No! 🚫💑
❓If we get “stuck” at any point, what do we do?
We make ourselves available to move you through it 💬
❓Will it work?
Well, everything does… if you practice it! So practice is key ❤️
❓Is it fluffy and flaky?

To my beautiful clients, students, mentors, colleagues, friends, and family 🤍 How do I wrap up my clinic and teaching space for 2024 in a single post? This is my dilemma 🥹

My goodness… somehow I have been gifted the privilege of hold space for people in some of their most vulnerable moments. How do I thank you for trusting me with such a precious exchange?

Somehow I have been entrusted to share such a vast body of work with others who have deeply invested their precious time and resources whilst also trusting in my capacity to impart this knowledge 🙏🏽 How do I thank these beautiful souls?

This year has been a challenging one for many of us. I am the first to admit I have struggled to show up as the best version of myself 😔

And so I wish to acknowledge and credit my family and closest friends who have been my sounding board, my guiding light and my anchor through it all 🙏🏽

As we approach such a pivotal time in humanity, I am reminded to stay conscious of the energy I am bringing into the present moment. It is the only thing we can control and in fact it is THE MOST important thing we can do right now.
