Over the past few months, I’ve taken a moment to gently recap the many reasons people come into session. When you book, you’re invited to share what’s present for you — and this reflection simply honours the wide and beautiful range of things that show up in the healing space.

More than anything, I feel deep awe for the people who choose to do this work. It takes courage, honesty, and a willingness to meet yourself with compassion. I’m continually humbled by the strength, tenderness, and commitment I witness in each person who walks through my door. What an absolute honour it is to serve in this way ✨💖

I’m looking forward to continuing to hold space in 2026 — with presence, care, and respect for each individual’s journey.

Here’s a little shout out to The Massage Collective ✨

These incredible women work from the Ask the Body Kinesiology healing space, and I honestly feel so blessed to share this environment with them. They’re a beautiful collective of intuitive, aware, energetically-attuned therapists who understand the body on a deeper level — not just muscles, but the energetic body as well 🙌🏼

They hold space with such presence, gentleness and so much wisdom 🤍

They’re available seven days a week, Monday through Sunday, offering the kind of massage that stays with you long after the session ends. You do need to book ahead (and absolutely follow their socials — I’ll tag them here).

I truly feel like I called them in… I was longing to co-create a loving space with women who honour energy the way I do, and their presence has amplified the frequency in the healing room beautifully. It feels super charged in our space with them in it, and with what they are offering — fuller, softer, and more held.

So much love to this powerhouse collective of women 💖

Here’s my little message from Spirit today ✨

Before I step into clinic, sometimes I like to take a moment to pull a card for myself so I can centre, listen, and receive whatever guidance wants to come through before I hold space for others 🙌🏼

I’ve recently opened up a few Saturdays again, so I’m seeing clients this morning… and then heading straight into the forest for my own healing, grounding and integration. 🌿

This card landed with perfect timing ✨ a reminder to step into my divinity, to trust, and to continue saying yes to the work that’s unfolding within and around me 🙌🏼

I am always doing work on myself and lately that work has been deep and layered, and what is the most beautiful part of it all is that every piece of this healing for me becomes medicine for my clients too 🥹

The gifts continue to show themselves 🤟🏼

✨ Energy hygiene is everything. ✨
Before I hold space for others, I always begin by cleansing and upgrading my own field.

It’s one thing to be clean for the day, but to be cleansed is something completely different.
This morning’s little ritual is just one of the ways I can clear my energy before a day of sessions.

Our energy bodies hold so much… thoughts, emotions, and even subtle residue from others we interact with 🙌🏼
Taking a few moments to reset, release and return to centre keeps me aligned, grounded, and open-heart ready to meet beautiful souls for Kinesiology balances 💖

I’ve also been feeling some physical symptoms showing up in my neck lately — in fact, my body has been somewhat yelling at me 🥹 — so I’m supporting that too with a few remedies as I clear and realign my energy. 🌿💫
