Hello, nice to connect with everyone again.
This coming weekend I'm involved with an inspiring group of women
at The Farm of Well Being, SPEAK UP! SPEAK OUT! in Flaxley, Adelaide Hills.
On the Sunday between 9am and 1pm I will be giving Massages,
Chakra Balancing and Reiki Sessions. Each session will be either
30 minutes for $40 or 45 minutes for $50.

When you are afraid,you are just about to have a breakthrough.You are coming up to the boundary of what you are familiar with and what you are unfamiliar with,and what's on the other side of that boundary is the expanded version of you. Fear is a remembered negative past experience that has not been cleared. As such every time we put ourselves in a similar situation the fear is triggered. In this moment we have the opportunity to acknowledge our fear, embrace it with love, own it and move on. When we can make a friend of our fears they feel happy and are able to gradually let go of their hold on our lives.

BEAUTY is everywhere, we just need to take time to notice it.

I went to see Kathy about 4 years ago in regards to problems with sleeping. I'd been having severe night tremors that no one could help remedy for a couple of years,which were occurring weekly. I was feeling lethargic and out of balance. Kathy took the time to listen to me and devise a spiritual healing method she believed would work. Four years on and I haven't had one recurrence of the night tremors that once kept me scared to go to bed. I have been going to Kathy ever since for massage and healing, and recommend her to anyone and everyone! I always, without exception, leave her space feeling lighter and balanced.
