It saddens me to run into these findings by the scientific society 35 years after I have been educating every man and woman of creatine benefits.... and many other supplements ....
I am starting to believe that these people have never exercised in their life, and need microscopes and ginny pigs to see what is beneficial for humans....
How about start training every day, 20-35 hours per week, and see how you go.... Compete with yourself from yeasterday to today!
