Mine was my Sounds of Isha chants while doing my stretches before practicing more swimming with my kickboard!

Definitely need some proper lessons soon.

So the sojourn is coming to a close with a late lunch yesterday at The Dam in Denmark!

Delicious Barramundi and epic fries! Plus a tasting paddle of the spritz and ginger beer! Yummy!

New morning routine started on yesterday, April Fools Day but also the new year in other calendar worlds!

So beautiful to begin the day with my new thanks CJ Chronic Care Australia love you!

Then 45 mins of ocean swimming, floating, walking and grounding in the Southern Ocean! BOOM!!

All the while spending time with my stunner of a Goddess Girlfriend and Sister Veronica Robinson who helps keep me accountable and navigate the little lessons we all face. I get to do that for her too and this is why is key for us all!
