Our aim as a group is to help you optimize your body health, and encourage and assist you to create a balanced lifestyle. A remedial massage can vary from:
• a relaxing, calming and soothing experience, or
• a comforting, restoring and healing experience, to
• an invigorating and strenuous application of pressure which can ease tension and muscle stiffness, especially post exercise. Our practice offers highly qualified and accredited, male and female massage therapists. All have extensive experience and offer a warm and compassionate experience for the individual. Each therapist is trained in remedial massage and has individual specialities which include:
