It involves placing therapeutic singing bowls on and around the fully clothed body , using a soft mallet to play the bowls, producing soothing sounds and vibrations. Chimes and gongs often also used. 🌼

What is and how doses Salt therapy (Halo Therapy) work?
Salt therapy is a drug-free and completely natural therapy for treating respiratory, skin conditions and to help deal and manage stress, depression and anxiety.
