I spent two days learning some new techniques to help you!

Paula Nutting delivered a course on Chapman's Reflexes, a method of releasing myofacial tension through gentle frictions to decrease pain, balance the nervous system and decrease musculoskeletal limitations.

I look forward to practising and sharing my new found skills and knowledge with you soon 🙌💜
