Did you know we offer 2 seniors classes a week?

Tuesday 10:45am Reformer Pilates & Friday 10:30am Mat Pilates. $15 per person (bookings required)

Each class has 3 primary focuses- balance, strength and flexibility (and we hear apparently coffee afterwards has recently become primary focus number 4 😅)

Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you. Instead, they use infrared lamps to warm your body directly. An infrared sauna can operate at a lower temperature meaning you can experience the benefits of a traditional sauna without the extreme heat!
