As we rapidly approach the Christmas/New Year period, I will be taking a break to spend quality time with my loved ones.
Holidays can surface a range of emotions and challenges, so for current clients I will have some limited Telehealth spaces available on Monday 23rd Dec, Friday 27th Dec & Monday 30th Dec. Please contact via e-mail or SMS to book.

I am ending 2024 with a wealth of gratitude, feeling very honoured to share space with so many incredible people and witness so much growth.

I look forward to seeing you all on my return on Monday 6th Jan and wish everyone a safe Christmas and New Year.
