A treatment with me will nurture you in body, mind and spirit….from the moment you enter the peaceful space of the healing room I will do my best to give you 100% of my focus, listening and attention. This will include a health inquiry and conversation which allows me to gain a picture on how I can best treat you. Once warm towels are offered and wrapped around you to facilitate relaxation the treatment begins. During the body work I will tune in and support any unwinding and healing that needs to unfold. The modalities I offer are Remedial Massage, Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy. Massage: traditional style using gentle-deep pressure, relative to what your body needs. Myofascial Release: gentle, yet highly effective body work techniques of using sustained pressure and light stretching to release tension from the muscular and skeletal systems of the body. Client may remain clothed for this treatment. Craniosacral Therapy: Definitely one of the most profoundly effective “light” modalities of our time. A tuning into of the Cranio rhythm of the client’s body to encourage change and healing from deep within. The client may remain clothed for this treatment. Fees: Adults: 1.5 hour sessions: $70, $60 concession
