We are here to help with many aspects of life and relationship situations, such as developing personal and or professional goals, spicing up the romance of your relationship, developing emotionally adept children, or working through hard choices when separating. We have a value of 3C’s. We will care for you by actively listening to you in a non judgemental way. We will commit to you by understanding your wants and wishes for counselling/mediation and work within ethical boundaries to help you achieve and or develop realistic outcomes. We will, at times, proactively challenge your thoughts and ideas to facilitate a deeper understanding of yourself and you path forward. With growth first comes challenge. We are non judgemental and will remain impartial when working with you or anyone else who is involved in your life or situation. We are guided by strong ethical boundaries. Your discussions with us are confidential and we will not disclose information about you unless you give us written permission to do so. Obviously there may be some legal exceptions to confidentiality.
