MEET THE TEAM // Alicia

Alicia holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology. She specialises in supporting NDIS participants, particularly those with autism, by designing tailored exercise programs that promote independence, wellbeing, and long-term functional outcomes.

She also has extensive experience in geriatrics, focusing on falls prevention, strength, and balance training to help older adults stay active and safe.

Alicia has completed her ASCA Level 2 Accreditation and works at Curtin University supervising Sport Science and Exercise Physiology students, supporting their clinical skill development. She is also a Sports Trainer with the West Coast Eagles Football Club, applying her expertise in first aid and injury management.

MEET THE TEAM // Mark

Mark is an APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience in elite sport. Since graduating in 1998, he has worked with high-performance programs including Perth Glory, WA Junior Soccer, the Australian Men’s Hockey Program during the Beijing Olympic cycle, and the West Coast Eagles, where he spent 16 seasons as part of their medical team.

Mark enjoys working across all areas of sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a strong focus on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and helping athletes and active individuals return to their best. He brings a knowledgeable and highly experienced approach to patient care.

A Surf Life Saving WA Hall of Fame inductee, Mark has competed at both World and Australian Championships and raced in the iconic professional Ironman Series. Outside the clinic, he leads Surf Sports Performance and Pathways at North Cottesloe SLSC and continues to mentor and develop athletes across all levels.

Meet Chris — our Director and Principal Physiotherapist here at Aspire Physiotherapy Mount Claremont!

Since 2016, Chris has loved building a passionate team and helping our community move and feel their best. She takes a mindful, holistic approach to rehab, helping patients build strong and resilient bodies.

Chris is also entering her 12th season with the West Coast Eagles as Medical Coordinator, an amazing role that lets her work closely with athletes and an incredible support team.

Outside of work, she finds creativity and inspiration through music, art, and design.
