Kids Rebalance and Regulate workshop are back.
I will be holding a kids rebalance and regulate class in October and I’m looking for expressions of interest for primary school aged kids and their parents or carer.

The class will teach tips and tricks to help kids and parents deal with “big emotions” and learn how to regulate and calm their nervous system’s.

Class runs for 30mins, and will included heart activation breathing, EFT tapping, Nervous System Regulation and massage games. DM if you are interested. 😊🌸
