Good morning! My Glory Disability Support and Care opened its doors last night for its first Crafty Community activity. We had about 15 people join us for a fun night of crocheting, knitting, laughing, herbal teas and sharing stories and skills.
So many talented people! Some who knew each other from different times others who were brave to meet new people.
What it demonstrated was the true benefits of human interaction. Hope to see you all again next Tuesday 5pm-8pm 🥰

Hi everyone 😊
We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to join our team for a particular role in Mount Colah, Sydney. The shift is Monday - Friday 6am-8am. Perfect for those early risers!
The role includes assisting a young man to get ready for his day and see him off on the bus to his day program. This position will start at the end of January. Please contact Lee 0432 557 211 for more information.

Today I had the pleasure of attending Presentation Day at Clarke Road School.
The amazing Will graduated last year as School Captain and was invited back to anounce the 2026 school leaders. He did so with such maturity and pride.
The community feel within the school is heartwarming, as is the support of the various local people and organisations outside the school.
The students were so enthusiastic and did such a great job receiving their awards.
The staff of the school obviously go above and beyond to ensure their students enjoy their learning and time at school.

My Glory, NDIS disability provider is located on the cnr of the Pacific Hwy and Lady Street, Mount Colah. We are a convenient donation collection point and items can be dropped Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. We will then take your donations into the wonderful volunteers at The Dish.
