We are husband and wife who started this small business because we believe that food was made to nourish our bodies. The way this happens is by feeding ourselves with good seasonal products. The foods we make are healthy and nutritional. The ingredients we use are in season, and strategic for the purpose of energizing our bodies and satisfying cravings in a healthy way. We believe that we are to respect our body and one way we can do this is by feeding it well. We see a need for education in nutrition and finding the true purpose of food. We want to provide healthy food for people who are too busy to make their own snacks, treats and breakfast, to provide a healthier alternative to sweet treats, to give people who aren't able to afford the ingredients as such the ability to purchase healthy foods, and also for people who want to eat healthy but don't know what that means. We believe in excellence and will only sell a product that tastes and looks good. The food is all made to be packaged and to be enjoyed at home by the whole family. We want to inspire people to choose a healthy lifestyle and one way we can do this is by creating tasty food that is also good for them. It is important that we learn to respect our bodies for how they were originally created, and one way to do that is by choosing to fuel the body with the right foods.
