Sometimes life really throws it at you and for me this is one of those times.
The last few months have really tested me and I have struggled trying to keep a positive mindset and keep my chin up.
I have been unable to work due to the duty of care to my young foster sons, they must come first always.
Whilst I have absolutely done that I have felt an enormous sense of loss of self, my job is my passion and its hugely who I am.
I love the connection with people and spirit and the feeling of helping shift someone's perspective or mindset for a more positive one.
Most of all I love watching the shift in a clients energy when they leave compared to when they arrived.
No one is perfect all the time, no one is strong all the time and no one is positive all of the time, so when it's your time cut yourself some slack and trust that the hard times never last.
There will always be an easier time to follow, so just keep putting those feet one in front of the other and don't give up!
