20 Min Gentle Yoga for Spine, Hips & Nervous System | Slow Somatics with Props ✨
This 20-minute gentle yoga class is designed to soothe your nervous system, release stored tension, and bring your body and mind into balance. Through mindful somatic movements, you’ll unwind the spine, soften tight hips, and support your body’s natural cortisol detox. With the help of props (blocks, bolster, or household alternatives), this practice is accessible and deeply nourishing for all levels.
We’ll finish with a gratitude-centred meditation to leave you feeling calm, clear, and renewed. Perfect for stress relief, emotional balance, and restoring energy.
