Unwind at the end of the day with this 30-minute slow flow yoga class, designed as a moving meditation to release tension, soften the nervous system, and gently undo the effects of daily stress and poor posture.
This evening yoga practice is slow, mindful, and adaptable — perfect if you’re feeling tight through the hips, shoulders, and back, mentally overstimulated, or simply in need of a quieter, more nourishing form of movement.
✨ In this class you’ll experience:
• Slow somatic movements, therapeutic yoga postures
• Gentle hip, shoulder & spinal release
• Mindful movement coordinated with breath
• Simple pranayama to calm the nervous system
• Somatic awareness & embodied mindfulness
• Supportive use of two yoga blocks
This class is suitable for beginners to intermediate students, as well as yoga teachers seeking inspiration for slow, sustainable practice. All movements are offered with options so you can meet your body exactly as it is today.
These practices are inspired by slow flow, restorative, yin, and viniyoga principles, emphasising longevity, adaptability, and returning to the quiet inner witness — rather than pushing or striving.
