Not long to Christmas now!!!

I'm only taking some time off in the lead up to Christmans. I will be back to normal hours after Boxing day.

Update to Online Bookings:
If you use the online booking portal I've set up an option to pay for the appointment at the time of the booking. You still have the option to book the appointment and pay as per normal.

New clients will be emailed a link to a Health History form to be completed and submitted. This will update your profile with all your details.

Any appointment made will automatically send an email with a link to add to your calandar and confirm your appointment.

Booking an appointment via Google.
If you're booking an appointment through Google, the desktop version shows "appointments" down the right hand side of the page.
Mobile version you will need to do it through Google Maps. From there you can click on the appointments link.

Therabody Recovery Air Jet Boots

I will be setting up a ‘sensory walk’ for people to come in and try out the Vivobarefoot shoes. This will give you an opportunity to try them on and experience what they are like to wear.

I’ll encourage you to walk over different sensory inputs in your current shoes and then try the Vivo’s for a comparison.

While you’re here I’ll be able to answer any questions you have relating barefoot shoes and some of the common pathologies associated with feet.

At this stage I’m looking to do this on a fortnightly basis starting Saturday 9th September between 7:30am – 8:15am

👣 Barefoot Shoes for the kiddies 👣

Vivo’s offer a school range for kids which are all black as well as various seasonal colours for more casual wear. If you have trouble with your kids not wanting to keep their shoes on these could be a better option for them as they as close to being barefoot while still offering protection for their feet.

My experience with my girls is they stay on a lot longer than normal sneakers plus they are getting all physical benefits of keeping their feet and hips in a Neutral position.

I have a few KIDS sizes in my room that can be tried on. These sizes roughly fit between 3-5yr olds

Opening times over the Christmas break.
