FLOW pregnancy & remedial massage was established in 2016 by owner & experienced therapist Miranda Parkinson. FLOW is a space to escape the daily rush of life & let your mind flow into a state of calm. During your massage treatment, Miranda uses her expertise to unwind any muscle tension, resulting in a mind & body reset. Specialising in pregancy & postpartum massage, we are passionate about supporting women throughout their journey into motherhood & beyond.

SO grateful for all of my amazing clients.
My remedial regulars, relaxation clients, pregnancy clients who have welcomed babies (or are about to 🥰), and those in their postpartum season who have allowed themselves the time and space to rest and recharge.

I’m so proud of everyone stepping into Flow for a massage in 2025 and choosing to fill their own cup. You truly deserve it.

I’m incredibly thankful for this little business I’ve created, and grateful to 2015 Miranda who took a leap from real estate marketing into a career that supports women and their families through such life-altering stages.
