What an honour it was to host this gorgeous group of Radiant Wise Women at our retreat on Saturday.

Thank you Jo Surkitt - Revitalize Lifestyle for co-facilitating and for sharing your wisdom from 25+ years supporting women's health.

Thank you Trish Diffey for getting the horses ready and for being my eyes and ears during our equine guided meditation.

And a very thanks to my beautiful husband, the man who loves a project, Yoga Farm G.M. Paul Rimmer for working tirelessly behind the scenes to make Yoga Farm the magnificent space it is today.

On Wednesday we worked with this incredible 84 year old beacon of positivity, Giovanna.

We adapted the session to best support her limited mobility and physical challenges.

Rather than starting with somatic therapy, we went straight to the table where I sent Reiki to the horses while they supported Steph’s intuitive energy healing.

Her daughter Vicky observed from the fence through tears as she watched the horses support her mum with their incredible sensitivity and connection.

Vicky was overwhelmed by the shifts the session brought her mum - brighter eyes & complexion, reduced swelling in her ankles, and a deep sense of peace that she hadn’t seen for six months.

It was beautiful to watch.

Two days on, Giovana is still feeling it and I just received another message sending her thanks and blessings.

Incredible things are happening here, and Steph and I are committed to serving the community through this work with the horses.

Our Mr. Darcy ❤️

He’s a dashing boy, isn’t he? Darc has one good eye, but the amount of love he has to give is endless.

Our therapy herd are never ridden, so all they expect from humans is love and affection.

Darcy is a very special part of our somatic equine therapy team, the ‘Ken doll’ of the herd as he’s affectionately known.
