Through conversation and creative expression, they reflected on the people, places, and experiences that help them feel seen, heard, and held — coming together to form their 'web of connection'.

A special project is in the finishing stages. Protecting the site of the original Church and remaining foundations that was built on House of Hope site.

The Mount Duneed Wesleyan Church was built in 1857 by John Parkes Hope but was destroyed by fire in 1944.

The church served the local community for nearly 90 years, and the bell was later re-erected outside the Belmont Uniting Church.

This site now serves a new community of Hope and Transformation - the House of Hope supporting women in recovery.
