didn’t create this model because people lacked awareness.
I created it because I lived the frustration of
 knowing exactly what to do… to create a great life an feel amazing in it- and still not being able to action what it took to experience it!
And I saw the same thing in my clients.
That gap — between knowing and doing —
is not laziness.
 not lack of discipline.
It’s your nervous system
and your subconscious patterns running the show.
I spent years figuring out how to actually shift that.
THM is the result of that work.
Not theory.
 Not guesswork.
 A system that helps you move from:
