Coming to you from 2,315m above sea level at Big White Ski Resort in Canada, where I’ve been for the past 3 weeks with friends and family. It’s been amazing!

I’m frustrated to report that I had a bad fall two days ago, and dislocated the patella on my right knee. Fortunately, Dr Jade Cowan from was with me at the time, and I’ve had great support and management. (Thank you 🙌🏻)

I fly home on Sunday, and will get an MRI and specialist opinion as soon as possible.

This means a few changes to how we start the term.
