As the Coffee Connect event approaches, I’ve been reflecting on why this space matters.
Working in aged care and disability is more than a job — it’s about showing up for people when it really counts. But to do that well, we also need to show up for each other.
This event is about connection, collaboration, and honest conversation. A chance to step away from the rush, share stories, talk about the realities of the work, and remind ourselves that we’re not doing this alone.
I’m really looking forward to a meaningful conversation over coffee and hope to see you there.
