Thought I'd jump on the caricature trend.

One year ago, I took a leap and opened the doors to my business - and wow, what a year it’s been.

I’m so grateful for every client who trusted me, supported me, and walked through the door. Thank you for believing in me, for the conversations, the progress, and being part of this journey.

I’m incredibly excited to continue doing what I love - helping people feel better, move better, and get back to living life without limitations.

If you've come to see me, there's a good chance you've met Razzy. She greets everyone at the gate and loves a pat.
And if you haven't met me yet, this is me, Lisa. The face behind Mt Evelyn Myotherapy & Massage.

A few things about me:
•I have 3 kids and a very supportive partner 🧑👱‍♂️👱‍♀️
•I graduated in 2014 👩‍🎓
•I used to scuba dive a fair bit before kids and would love to do it again 🤿
•I played my first season of cricket and now I'm hooked 🏏
•I don't post on socials much

Don't let being pregnant stop you from getting a treatment. It's perfectly safe and you probably need it!
I have a belly pillow, so you can still be comfortable laying on your stomach 👌

Dry needling used to reduce scar tissue, which will then increase movement in the finger (pic 1) and to reduce tension in the jaw muscles (pic 2).
Clenching your jaw can cause the muscles to tighten, which can then lead to headaches and other jaw related issues.
Have you had dry needling done before? What was it for? What did you think of it?
