🦘Every year Australia Day arrives with mixed emotions as for some it is a day of sadness and others a day of celebration.

🦘I’m proud to be an Australian who acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land especially where I live, the Wurundjeri Tribe and I pay my heartfelt respect to their elders past, present and emerging.

🦘I have said in the past that I cannot undo the failings of my ancestors; however I can and hope that I already do create the space, for healing and forgiveness in my little part of this beautiful country, for us all to reconcile and move forwards together.

🦘We are not separate from one another, we are connected because of the land that we stand upon, the place we all call home - Australia. Our country unites us and may we each find it in our hearts the compassion to forgive and to love and to move forwards together.

🦘Whatever Australia Day may mean to you, may you take a moment today to pause and reflect in gratitude for all that we have in our lives.

🦘The past few months I have seen Australian’s unite and support fellow Australian’s in some of the most horrific tragedies. The compassion, kindness, camaraderie, support and respect on display at this time is one of the many reasons why I am proud to be Australian.

🦘Big hugs to everyone in our beautiful country today.🦘

💞 I love this quote by Maya Angelou, it helped me to step out of my comfort zone of always trying to fit in to an expectation that others had placed on me.

💞 In stepping out of what was expected of me and stepping into alignment with my authentic self, I realised that there is no such thing as normal.

💞 What feels normal for one person is far from normal for another because we each carry our own light. Our Soul that dwells within our human form, guiding us on our journey through life.

💞 When we listen to the calling of our Soul, our light shines brighter, we see how truly unique and amazing we are.

💞 Truth be told YOU are already AMAZING and when you align with that rather than some unrealistic expectation society has placed on you, you will see that trying to be normal is exhausting.

💞 Being authentic in all that you do, standing in the spotlight of your own life and shining your light is empowering and will fill your cup every single day.

💞 Today I’m asking you to choose yourself. Escape the “normal” today and be your own amazing self.

This New Moon arrives in the astrological sign of Capricorn; this is your opportunity to get clear about what you want to change and bring in to your life in the year ahead.
Capricorn asks us to set strong foundations within ourselves, through intention, creating daily habits that set us up to succeed and taking forward steps towards our goals no matter how small those steps are - 1% forwards is better than going backwards.

🌕 January Full Moon
Group Distance Reiki

⭐️Happy New Year⭐️

The first Full Moon for 2026 is on her way and I can already feel her energy embracing my own and she has me feeling a little emotional.

The Full Moon in Cancer arrives at 9:02pm (AEDT) on Saturday 03rd January.

This Full Moon asks us to slow down, nurture ourselves and sit in quiet reflection.
As we sit quietly with ourselves, pay attention to the emotions and feelings that bubble up.
Allow them to come to the surface, acknowledge them and let go of anything that no longer aligns with the version of ourselves that we are stepping into the new year with.
Cancer asks us to gently come home to ourselves, to set boundaries that protect our peace and to give ourselves permission to embrace all that we are without fear of judgement.

On Saturday 03rd January at 7:00am, I will be gifting a Group Distance Reiki session.
