🖐 New Moon Distance Reiki Group Energy Gift

The last New Moon for 2025 arrives on Saturday 20th December at 12:43pm and I will be offering a distance Reiki at 7:00am Saturday morning.

This New Moon arrives in the astrological sign of Sagittarius; it reminds us to be curious in all that we do and that in life we are are always learning and every experience is our teacher. It encourages us to have the courage to take leaps of faith, go on new adventures and experience life for ourselves rather than through others and their stories.

On Saturday I participated in to raise money for .

20 Hours of no talking or technology, with only
a pen, a journal and my thoughts to keep me entertained; sitting in a 2x2m square, in a warehouse with 300 others was an experience I will never forget.

I spent a lot of time in
reflection and journalling; it was emotional, enlightening and the silent connection between participants was a very powerful place to be.

I feel blessed to have said Yes to this challenge and to have so many of my family and friends help me to raise $1138.00 to support youth mental health and raise awareness about the importance of su***de prevention.

🌕 December Full Moon Group Distance Reiki Completed

“In life, no matter what we do, what we are going through, who we are with or where we are; we always have a choice.
It’s our life, it’s up to us to choose what lights us up, what brings us peace and joy. We have to choose to be the change we want in our lives.
So as we prepare for a busy end to this year and the beginnings of a whole new year, let’s all make sure that we prioritise time for reflection, to dream a little bigger, to believe that we can create a life we love.

🌕 December Full Moon
Group Distance Reiki

The last Full Moon of 2025 is making its approach and arrives at 10:14am (AEDT) on Friday 05th December.

This full moon shows up in the gentle, funny, intelligent, adaptable and every curious astrological sign of Gemini.

The December Full Moon also happens to be the second Super Full Moon’s, meaning that the Moon will be at its closest approach to Earth.

Due to its proximity the moon will appear bigger and brighter and energetically it will heighten and amplify our emotions, intuition and clarity.

When we are willing to sit in the spotlight of this amplified energy, embrace it and allow it to show us what is no longer serving our highest and greatest good; we can then use that same energy to empower us to take positive action, to create meaningful change in our lives.

Harness the energy of this Super Full Moon to release anything that you are not meant to be taking with you into 2026.

⭐️December⭐️

⭐️Well I’m not quite sure how we got here, yet here we are embarking on the last month of 2025!

⭐️This year has been a bit of a s**t show for so many people I know and love. It has been a year where we have had to face what is not working for us; the more we avoided it, the more the Universe highlighted it and forced us to face it. Sometimes the Universe forced the change that we didn’t even know we needed.

⭐️The gift of December is that it offers us 31 days to reflect on the year so far, our accomplishments and our challenges. A time to celebrate all we have achieved and overcome yet also the opportunity to clear out anything else that we don’t want to take with us into the new year.

⭐️In the clearing out of the old, we create space for what else is possible, for clarity and new adventures.

⭐️We don’t know what the new year will bring, however we can decide what we don’t want to take into it. This is your life, your time, your choice, your story to write. So end this chapter with purpose in readiness to turn the page for your future.

💕 Self-Care Sunday 💕

💞 This is YOUR weekly reminder that YOU matter.

💞As I sit here with my green tea, looking out over the incredible view I have been blessed with this weekend, I can’t help considering the infinite possibilities there are for me to create more time and space in my life for moments like these.

💞 Moments where I can pause and be fully present with myself and my thoughts, counting my blessings, breathing deeply, appreciating the view, admiring the beauty that nature offers everyday and being grateful for all of it.

💞 This year has been a year of change in my life, my children have flown the nest, following their dreams, their passions and I am incredibly proud and happy for them.
However; I am now what they call a solo empty nester and I have found that challenging to navigate.

💞 Never having lived on my own before I find the silence within my home very loud and I’ve been avoiding sitting in it for any extended period of time. Filling the void with work, I have found myself knocked about with illness more times in the past six months than ever before in my life.

💞 The opportunity to be here now, in solitude with nothing but the views, the animals and the sounds of nature have reminded me that there is something special about slowing down, being still and quiet.

💞 It gives us time to reflect and this quote by Socrates sums it up beautifully for me.
What I’ve come to realise these past few days is that I’ve been fighting internally with the changes this year has brought me, focusing on the parts of me that I felt I’d lost.

💞 I now can see that solo empty nesting doesn’t take away from the fact that I have been and will continue to be a great Mum. They are the loves of my life and I will always be there for them, supporting them and cheering them on.

Solo empty nesting doesn’t define who I am as a human.

💞 Solo empty nesting provides me the opportunity to focus on myself. I can see clearly now that I can focus on myself. I get to ask “what do I want to create in my life?” I get to build my future from the inside out and whilst I’m not sure just yet what I want to bring into my life, I no longer feel lost, I feel excited.

💞 Whether we decide to change or change is thrust upon us, both are hard. The only difference is one we choose and moves us forwards. The other we tend to fight against and that keeps us stuck.

💞 I’m tired of feeling lost and stuck, today I choose me.
