🌟What a fabulous couple of weeks we've had!

A huge shoutout to our amazing team member Priya for sharing the richness of Indian culture with us during our vibrant Bollywood Day🇮🇳 Everyone looked absolutely stunning, and the energy was infectious — we danced, we learned, and we celebrated together.

We've also soaked up some sunshine ☀️, stretched our legs with a bit of exercise, and enjoyed a lovely joint morning tea with both centres. Add in birthdays, plenty of arts and crafts, laughter, and connection, and you've got a recipe for joy.

Most of all, it's been a time filled with fun and friendship — the heart of everything we do 💛

The break is nearly over, and we hope everyone has had a chance to rest, recharge, and soak up a little downtime. Our team can’t wait to see you—there’s a heap of fun and fresh adventures on the way!

**🌟 Fun, Creativity, and Connection at Dream to Create! 🌟**

The past few weeks have been full of laughter, learning, and wonderful moments! Huge thanks to Commercial St for hosting our group morning tea—it was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to come together and share great conversations.

We explored our artistic sides with self-portraits with a twist, and let’s just say—the results were absolutely brilliant! 🎨✨

From creative craft sessions to exciting outings, every experience has been a chance to build new skills and enjoy the journey. We’ve been hands-on with money handling and even mastering the sewing machine —such valuable skills wrapped up in so much fun!

At Dream to Create, we love seeing the enthusiasm and creativity shine in every activity. Looking forward to more great moments ahead!

📢 Important Update: Changes to NDIS Funding Periods 📢

Hey everyone! We know there’s been some confusion around the recent changes to NDIS funding periods, so here’s a quick breakdown to help you understand what’s happening.

🔹 What's Changing? Previously, most participants received their full funding at the start of their plan, usually covering 12 months. Now, funding will be released in smaller periods, typically every three months. Participants can check on their NDIS Participant Portal (PACE), where the plan details are listed, for individual funding periods.

🔹 Why the Change? This update is designed to help participants better manage their budgets, reducing the risk of overspending or running out of funds too early.

🔹 Does This Affect My Total Funding? No! The total amount of funding in your plan remains the same—only the timing of when it becomes available is changing.

🔹 Who Does This Apply To? These changes only apply to new or reassessed plans from May 19, 2025 onwards. If your current plan is still active, you won’t be affected until your next reassessment.

✨ A Spellbinding Adventure in Melbourne!✨

What an incredible few days we've had on the Harry Potter Experience Getaway —an adventure straight out of a storybook! 🧙‍♂️

From wandering the vibrant stalls of the Queen Victoria Markets, to getting up close with incredible creatures at Ballarat Wildlife Park, every moment was filled with excitement. We explored the wonders of interactive science, gazed at galaxies in the planetarium, and were absolutely electrified by the lightning show! ⚡

But the grand highlight? The Harry Potter Experience! 🪄 We stepped right into the world of Hogwarts, challenged ourselves in a game of Quidditch, and indulged in the legendary Butterbeer—pure magic in a glass!

Best of all, everyone had an amazing time, creating memories that will last a lifetime! A truly unforgettable adventure—one filled with mystery, enchantment, and a touch of wizarding mischief! 🏰✨
