I am extremely passionate about helping others in any way possible. I have been working with youth since I was a very young adult, through fitness, youth work, SSO work and counselling. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer, and counsellor. I love working with young people and adults alike, through encouraging movement and positivity. I am also a fully qualified Reiki practitioner and absolutely

adore providing a space for others to relax, de stress and find peace. I strongly believe a smile shared can change a person's day for the better! Sunflower Smiles Wellbeing's name was inspired by a dear friend who gifted me a bunch of beautiful Sunflowers at a very difficult time in my life. The vibrant yellow made me smile and still does! Together we can help each other smile every day.
